Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms of sale apply to every purchase made in the Geo-Masters game, available at play.geomasters.fr, by an individual acting for purposes outside any trade or profession (the “player”). The game stays free: purchases are optional. The player accepts the terms in force when ordering; they remain available on this page at any time.

3. Offers

GeoCoins

GeoCoins are the game’s virtual currency. They can only be used in the game, under its rules at the time: bidding on and buying cards at the Market, paying listing fees, donating to a guild bank. They can also be earned for free by playing. GeoCoins have no monetary value: they cannot be refunded, converted into money, or sold or transferred outside the game’s features, and give no right to any goods or services outside the game.

Pro account

The Pro account is a monthly subscription that gives, while it is active, the following benefits (compared with a free player):

• a pack every 3 minutes instead of 10, 2 packs per recharge and a stock of 6 packs instead of 4;
• a daily Pro pack of 15 cards;
• 20 stat battles a day instead of 3;
• 40 open Market listings instead of 20, and the market view (history and prices).

The current benefits are shown on the game’s Pro account page before subscribing.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included (applicable VAT included). The price paid is the one shown when ordering.

Creative AI Studio may change its prices at any time. For a running subscription, a new price only applies after the player has been told at least 30 days before the renewal concerned; the player may cancel before that renewal if they refuse the new price.

5. Ordering

To order, the player must be signed in to their account. They:

1. choose an offer in the Shop or on the Pro account page;
2. tick the box requesting immediate performance (and, for GeoCoins, waiving the right of withdrawal, see section 9);
3. are sent to Stripe’s secure payment page, where they check the details and total price of their order before paying.

The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed. A receipt is emailed to the address given at payment.

6. Payment

Payment is made online through Stripe, by card or by the other methods offered on the payment page. Payment details are entered at Stripe and never passed on to Creative AI Studio. The Pro account is charged when ordering, then every month on the same date.

7. Delivery

GeoCoins are credited to the player’s account and the Pro account is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within moments. In case of delay or any problem, the player can write to contact@creative-ai.studio.

8. Pro subscription: term and cancellation

• The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically every month until cancelled.
• The player can cancel at any time, free of charge, from the game’s Pro account page (“Manage subscription”). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: benefits stay active until then and no further payment is taken.
• If a renewal cannot be charged, Stripe retries; the Pro account stays active for 24 hours after the end of the paid period, then stops until the payment is settled.
• Deleting the game account cancels the subscription immediately, with no refund for the current period.

9. Right of withdrawal

GeoCoins

GeoCoins are digital content supplied without a tangible medium and credited immediately. Under article L221-28, 13° of the French consumer code, the player has no right of withdrawal once they have expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged losing that right by ticking the box provided before payment. Without this consent, the order cannot be placed.

Pro account

The Pro account is a digital service. The player has 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving any reason. As they requested that the service start immediately, the amount for the service provided until withdrawal remains due, in proportion to the price of the period (article L221-25 of the French consumer code).

How to withdraw

The player informs Creative AI Studio of their decision by a clear statement, by email to contact@creative-ai.studio or by post to the registered office, using the model below if they wish. Creative AI Studio refunds the amounts due no later than 14 days after receiving the decision, using the payment method of the order, at no cost to the player.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity

GeoCoins and the Pro account are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-1 and following of the French consumer code). If they do not conform, the player can have them brought into conformity free of charge or, if that is impossible, refused or too late, obtain a price reduction or the termination of the contract with a refund. For GeoCoins, the guarantee covers defects that appear within two years of supply; for the Pro account, those that appear during the subscription. The player just writes to contact@creative-ai.studio.

11. Minors

A minor may only buy with the consent of their legal guardian, who remains responsible for the purchase and for the payment method used.

12. Changes to and availability of the game

Geo-Masters is in open beta. Creative AI Studio does its best to keep the game available, but interruptions can happen (maintenance, a provider outage). The game rules (Market prices, rewards, rarities, benefits) may change for game balance, without taking away GeoCoins already credited or reducing Pro benefits for a period already paid. If the game closes for good, players are told at least 60 days in advance: GeoCoin sales stop and subscriptions are no longer renewed.

In case of fraud (bad-faith payment dispute, cheating, exploiting a flaw), GeoCoins and benefits obtained fraudulently may be removed and the account suspended, after informing the player.

13. Personal data

The data processed for purchases (Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, purchases, subscription status) is described in the privacy policy.

15. Mediation

If a written complaint has not been resolved, the player may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator Creative AI Studio belongs to, within one year of the complaint (articles L612-1 and following of the French consumer code):

The mediator will be named here once appointed. Until then, any complaint can be sent to contact@creative-ai.studio.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. A player living in another country keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Failing an amicable solution, disputes go to the competent court under ordinary rules.
